[Reward] Eiserne Faust

Eiserne Faust, Empress of Nightmare, the undisputed ruler of the Nightmare State.

Before the state exist, she has been recorded to appear within Equestria millenias after the birth of Celestia and Luna.

Records from that time period also states that when she first appears, there was widespread confusion, panic and anxiety as the sudden appearance of an adult alicorn, a true alicorn at that was unprecedented.

Once apprehended by Celestia and Luna, they proceed to settle in Canterlott castle, where she claims that she once was a species called humans.

At that time, no pony has ever heard of such species and the claim was dismissed by all who have heard it.

There would to be more shock and confusion in the weeks ahead for the average ponies though.

As after a period of peace and silence, the anxiety and worry give way to indifference and then to abject shock as a royal missives was sent through the land to all corners of Equestria.

At that time Equestria was still a kingdom rule jointly by both Celestia and Luna, as Cadenza was not born yet.

However this changes when weeks after her appearance, both Celestia and Luna abdicates from the throne and acceded authority to the hooves of her majesty, Eiserne Faust on the basis of Divine Interference.

The announcement states that Eiserne Faust is to be venerated as an Immortal Goddess Empress, the physical embodiment of the creator of their universe and everything within it, including themselves.

The announcement that states that Celestia and Luna was personally created by this divine being in front of them.

In fear and awe of a being that is a Goddess over their Goddesses, the citizen obeys and submit themselves to the wishes of Celestia and Luna.

Records states that, the Empress, overwhelmed by the position that she has been thrust into, tried to dilute her own power and authority by changing the government system into something called a state and basing it into a democracy where power is being held by the citizens.

However, this is an exercise in futility as even though the kingdom of Equestria is no more and the state of Equestria was forged from, it transformed into an imperial theocracy instead, where the ruler is an immortal divine being.

Yet the name of a state is still kept in order to keep the Empress happy.

This is because no ponies would ever dare to go against the will of divinity, willingly or otherwise as every ponies recognizes in their soul that the Empress is their creator, 

In her despair at the meekness of the ponies under her rule, the magic contained within her gives a solution.

The despair turns to Nightmare, a new branch of magic never before seen that is sentient, symbiotic and spiritual in nature which takes the form of a dark-coloured phoenix.

It spreads throughout the land like a black ooze of slime and once bonded to a pony would emboldened their hearts and gives them the courage to serve their Empress, this repeats again and again over a short period of time until all ponies are soul-bonded by Nightmare. 

Thus the name "Nightmare" was added in the state to reflect this transfomation, the Nightmare State was born.

Beside this event, another unforeseen consequence of this was, since Nightmare came from the Empress magic, all ponies exposed to Nightmare knows the Empress deepest and darkest wish.

The Empress wishes to return home, back to her original universe where humans lived and unleash righteous female fury on the governments and nations ruining Earth.

...And also to punish her human husband for leaving the toilet seat up which causes her to be sucked into Equestria in the first place.

By the grace of Empress wishes does the state's expanded as citizen labour and fought other alien empires to fulfill her wish in searching for her original universe by either magic or exploration.
